After building Momspresso.com—India’s leading user-generated content and influencer platform for women (acquired by Honasa / Mamaearth)—founders Vishal Gupta and Prashant Sinha launched Pravis Growth Partners: a growth marketing agency powered by Content, Community, and Commerce.

We’re looking for a Senior Social Media Strategist who can think like a brand leader and operate like a creator. Someone who loves shaping conversations, building communities, and driving business outcomes through compelling storytelling and content strategy.

This is an on-site role based in Gurugram and ideal for someone who thrives in a high-growth, entrepreneurial, hands-on environment.

• 🧠 Strategy: Create and lead multi-platform social strategies aligned to brand objectives—from top-of-funnel buzz to bottom-of-funnel action.
• ✍️ Content Planning: Own the content calendar, influencer pipelines, UGC programs, and brand voice on social.
• 🛠 Execution: Work with internal teams and creators to publish high-quality, thumb-stopping content.
• 📊 Analytics: Use data to iterate and grow—reporting on reach, engagement, shares, saves, and conversions.
• 🤝 Community Management: Monitor, respond, engage, and turn followers into fans.
  

• 4–6 years of experience in Social Media Strategy (agency experience preferred)
• A proven portfolio of strategies, live campaigns, and performance outcomes
• Deep understanding of content formats, platform nuances, influencer workflows, and ASCI guidelines
• Analytical mindset with the ability to read insights and act on them
• Fluent in English, social media culture, and internet trends
• Self-starter with an entrepreneurial streak—someone who doesn’t wait to be told what to do
• Comfort using AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway) for ideation and rapid execution
  

• Experience in FMCG, Personal Care, BFSI, or D2C categories
• Prior hands-on experience with influencer content, creator programs, or community building
• A point of view on what makes content share-worthy, save-worthy, and sales-worthy
