About the Role

Brand Solutions & Influencer Marketing Strategist

decode brand briefs, find the right creators, co-create compelling content, and deliver campaigns that truly move the needle.

What You’ll Own

  • 🤝

    Influencer Marketing:

    Understand brand objectives, translate them into clear briefs, and identify the right creators for each campaign.
  • 🎯

    Creator Collaboration:

    Negotiate, onboard, and manage influencers: from concept to final cut: ensuring brand fit and creative excellence.
  • ✍️

    Content Development:

    Work with creators on scripts, hooks, and messaging so content is authentic, engaging, and on-brand.
  • 🛠

    Campaign Execution:

    Manage timelines, approvals, and deliverables to ensure seamless, high-quality output.
  • 📊

    Impact & Reporting:

    Track performance, analyze what’s working, and recommend optimizations for future campaigns.
  • 🧩

    Brand Partnerships:

    Build and nurture strong relationships with brand teams and become their go-to digital partner.


What We’re Looking For

  • 4–6 years of experience

    in influencer marketing, branded content, or social strategy (agency or creator network experience is a plus).
  • Strong

    communication and relationship-building skills

    : you can connect with creators and brand teams alike.
  • Content sense:

    Ability to spot what works on social, guide creators on storytelling, and ensure videos perform.
  • Understanding of

    digital platforms, creator workflows, and content formats

    (Instagram Reels, YouTube, Shorts, etc.).
  • A

    self-starter

    with great organizational skills: can juggle multiple campaigns and deadlines.
  • A

    solid educational foundation

    (from a reputed college or B-school is welcome, but attitude and execution matter most).


Nice-to-Have

  • Experience in

    FMCG, personal care, or D2C

    categories.
  • Hands-on with

    UGC programs, creator communities, or influencer CRM tools.

  • A POV on what makes influencer content

    authentic yet performance-driven.
