Technicians are responsible for performing vehicle maintenance, repairs, diagnosis, and ensuring “First Time Right” (FTR) quality on all service jobs. The role directly impacts customer satisfaction, workshop productivity, and adherence to Mahindra’s service standards. Follow all Mahindra SOPs for maintenance and repair. Ensure First Time Right (FTR) repair quality. Maintain high efficiency and productivity. Proper upkeep of tools, equipment, and work bay. Use diagnostic tools appropriately.
Welcome and communicate with customers politely over phone and in person. Record customer feedback and help resolve basic concerns. Make reminder calls for service, follow-ups, and workshop events. Support the CRM team with customer updates and daily tasks. Maintain customer data and prepare simple MIS reports. Coordinate with workshop teams to ensure a smooth experience for customers. Keep customers informed, satisfied, and help improve overall service ratings.
