Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound sales calls to prospective customers for various General Insurance products.
• Understand customer needs and clearly explain product features, benefits, and premiums.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and conversion goals.
• Maintain high-quality call standards, communication clarity, and customer handling etiquette.
• Conduct requirement gathering, overcome customer objections, and close sales.
• Maintain accurate records in internal systems and ensure compliance with company processes.
• Participate in mock calls, refresher training, and performance feedback sessions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Educational Requirements

• Graduation is mandatory (Full-time or Part-time acceptable).

Experience

• Minimum

  8–12 months of experience in Sales

  (any industry).
• Contact Centre/Telesales/Insurance Sales experience preferred.

Mandatory Skills

• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Strong convincing ability and structured thought process.
• Clear understanding of sales fundamentals.
• Ability to explain:
• What is Sales?
• What is General Insurance?
• Ability to speak confidently on any given topic during HR/Operations rounds.

Additional Requirements

• All education, employment, and KYC documents must be valid and complete.
• Must be comfortable with a target-driven voice process (no field work).

Salary, Benefits & Incentives

• CTC Range:

  Up to

  ₹3.79 LPA

  (based on last drawn salary)

• Net In-hand:

  Up to

  ₹27,000 per month

  (based on last drawn salary)

• Insurance

  : Health Insurance up to 4 Lakhs after 1 year can add Family members

• Shifts:

  Fixed – 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM

• Working Days:

  5 days/week (2 rotational week-offs)

• Incentives:

  Unlimited incentives

  based on sales performance
