Your role will involve utilizing your exceptional MS-Excel skills to maintain accurate records and provide timely reports. Your proficiency in spoken and written English, as well as Hindi, will be essential in effectively communicating with a diverse audience. Key responsibilities: 1. Making outbound calls to potential clients to promote our products and services. 2. Handling inbound calls from customers to address their inquiries and provide assistance. 3. Maintaining a database of customer information and updating it regularly using MS-Excel. 4. Collaborating with the sales team to follow up on leads and schedule appointments. 5. Conducting customer surveys to gather feedback and improve our services. 6. Resolving customer complaints and escalating issues as needed to ensure customer satisfaction. 7. Meeting daily and monthly targets for call volume, sales, and customer satisfaction metrics.
