Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Customer Relations Executive based in Ahmedabad, with flexibility for some remote work. The role involves managing client relationships, addressing customer queries, and ensuring client satisfaction by delivering exceptional customer service. The position will also require effective communication with clients to understand their needs, resolve issues, and build long-term partnerships. The Customer Relations Executive will contribute to maintaining Airpack India’s high standards of service and fostering client trust.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong client relationships
• Proficiency in customer service, client relations, and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Strong communication skills for professional interactions and issue resolution
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to address client requirements
• Previous experience in customer service or client relations is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
• Knowledge of packaging solutions or related industries is an advantage
