Role Overview

The Social Media Manager will be responsible for building and executing effective social media strategies to increase brand visibility, grow organic followers, generate leads, and run advertisements. The role requires a mix of creativity, analytical skills, and marketing expertise.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Manage and grow brand presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
  • Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads).
  • Create engaging content calendars with posts, stories, reels, and campaigns.
  • Collaborate with design, photo, and video teams for creative assets.
  • Optimize content for maximum reach, engagement, and lead generation.
  • Monitor analytics, prepare performance reports, and suggest improvements.
  • Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and algorithm changes.
  • Drive organic follower growth with creative campaigns and influencer tie-ups.
  • Manage online reputation, respond to comments/messages, and maintain brand voice.
  • Work closely with the sales team to generate quality leads through social campaigns.
  • Track ROI for both organic and paid campaigns.


Qualifications & Skills

  • 2–4 years of proven experience as a Social Media Manager / Digital Marketing Executive.
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and Google Ads.
  • Strong understanding of SEO for social media and content optimization.
  • Creative thinking with excellent copywriting & storytelling skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make strategy adjustments accordingly.
  • Knowledge of influencer marketing and collaborations.
  • Familiarity with tools like Canva, Buffer, Hootsuite, or similar schedulers.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
