Job SummaryWe are seeking a creative, strategic, and results-driven Social Media Manager to manage and grow our brand’s presence across all major social media platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for content planning, community engagement, performance analysis, and executing social media strategies that align with business goals. Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube. Create, curate, and schedule engaging content including posts, reels, stories, videos, and graphics Manage daily social media activities including posting, monitoring, and responding to comments and messages Plan and execute social media campaigns, promotions, and product launches Collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams to ensure consistent brand messaging Monitor trends, hashtags, and competitor activities to optimize content performance Manage social media calendars and ensure timely delivery of content Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions, growth) Optimize paid social media campaigns in coordination with the performance marketing team Build and manage online communities and influencer collaborations Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field 2–5 years of experience in social media management (industry-specific experience is a plus) Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices Proficiency in social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout, Meta Business Suite, etc.) Basic knowledge of graphic design and video editing tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, etc.) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong analytical skills with experience using insights and analytics tools Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment Preferred QualificationsExperience managing paid social media advertising Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and influencer marketing Experience working with brands, agencies, or startups Creative mindset with an eye for design and storytelling Key CompetenciesCreativity and innovation Strategic thinking Attention to detail Time management Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills What We OfferCompetitive salary and performance-based incentives Opportunities for professional growth and learning A collaborative and creative work environment
