Role Overview

Sales Executive / Manager (Events)

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, generate, and nurture new business opportunities for weddings, corporate events, and other brand activations.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular meetings, calls, and follow-ups.
• Create customized event proposals and sales presentations based on client requirements.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to maximize revenue and ensure client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the planning and operations team to ensure smooth event execution.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
• Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market insights.
• Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and client meetings.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in

  event sales, business development, or client servicing

  (preferably in weddings, corporate events, media, or hospitality).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
• High level of self-motivation, networking, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Event Management, or related field preferred.
