About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven SCM Head to lead procurement and logistics for iBUS’s large-scale WiFi and network infrastructure projects. The role will be critical in driving cost efficiencies, ensuring timely material availability, and enabling smooth project execution across multiple sites. Prior experience in telecom, IT infra, or managed services, along with expertise in SAP S/4HANA, is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end supply chain operations for WiFi and IT infrastructure deployments
• Define procurement strategies to meet project timelines and cost targets
• Manage vendor selection, negotiations, onboarding, and SLA compliance
• Drive timely procurement of active/passive components, cables, routers, switches, etc.
• Align with project, network, finance, and legal teams for seamless coordination
• Monitor and track purchase orders, BOQs, and delivery schedules
• Ensure invoice reconciliation with Accounts Payable
• Use SAP S/4HANA for procurement planning, tracking, and reporting
• Track budget vs. actuals, manage variances, and enable cost control
• Mitigate supply chain risks and manage alternative sourcing when needed
• Support insurance, cost residuals, and strategic supply chain initiatives

Experience & Qualification

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Engineering, Commerce, or related field
• 10+ years of SCM experience in telecom, managed services, or IT infra domains
• Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA, ERP, and procurement tools
• Excellent knowledge of RFQs, tenders, vendor management, and contract handling
• Effective communicator, strong negotiator, and cross-functional collaborator
• Ability to lead teams, work under tight timelines, and manage multiple projects
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
