Roles & Responsibilities As part of our core team, you’ll work at the intersection of fashion, operations, and growth . Your role will involve: Brand Partnerships: Identify, pitch, and onboard apparel & fashion brands. Growth & Sales: Drive sales through creative promotions, bundling, and offers. Operations: Ensure smooth execution of 60-min deliveries with vendors & logistics. Marketing Support: Collaborate with brands for campaigns, influencer tie-ups, and local promotions. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with partner brands. Analytics: Track performance, gather insights, and make data-driven decisions. What We’re Looking For 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce, retail, category management, or brand partnerships Strong negotiation & communication skills Hands-on with Excel/Google Sheets & dashboards Passionate about fashion & consumer trends Self-driven, adaptable, and hungry to grow in a startup environment Prior experience in apparel/fashion is a big plus
