Management Trainee – Operations (0–6 months experience | If you love organised chaos, this is your playground) About the Role This is the role for people who thrive in the middle of the action, coordinating creators, managing deadlines, talking to brand teams, and keeping campaigns running smoother than Instagram’s algorithm on a good day. If you’re a natural communicator, a multitask-er by birth, and someone who gets a thrill from seeing campaigns go live flawlessly, welcome aboard. Responsibilities Communicate with creators, agencies and brand teams with absolute clarity and coolness. Manage multiple influencers, timelines, deliverables and approvals at once (yes, multitasking is a superpower here). Understand the basics of influencer marketing, deliverables, formats, category nuances, negotiation, content flows. Assist in campaign planning, shot lists, execution workflows and reporting tasks Track deliverables, follow up with creators and ensure timelines are met. Coordinate internal teams, strategy, outreach, creative, for seamless campaign flow. Review content for brand guidelines, script alignment and platform best practices (we’ll teach you). Be the first to catch small issues, fix them, escalate when needed and protect campaign quality like it’s your own. Stay updated on creator trends, new formats and what’s working on Instagram, YouTube and beyond. Key Skills Excellent communication skills, written, spoken and “WhatsApp follow-up.” Strong organisational and multitasking abilities. Attention to detail (spotting logo sizes, captions, tags, everything). Basic understanding of influencer marketing processes. Ability to work under pressure without losing your sense of humour. Problem-solving and quick decision-making. Good aesthetic sense and understanding of content quality. Tools & Specific Knowledge Google Sheets, Google Docs, Google Slides (your holy trinity). Basic understanding of Excel formulas (or willingness to learn fast). Knowledge of influencer marketing tools (optional but helpful).
