myUpchar.com is looking for a creative, data-driven, and proactive Influencer Marketing Specialist to join our growing marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for researching, planning, and executing influencer campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, evaluate, and collaborate with macro, micro, and nano influencers across relevant platforms.
• Plan, execute, and manage monthly influencer marketing campaigns end-to-end.
• Create detailed campaign briefs, negotiate commercials and deliverables, and ensure timely execution.
• Track and analyze campaign performance, including reach, engagement, conversions, and ROI.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with influencers and talent managers.
• Coordinate with internal teams (content, design, performance marketing) for seamless campaign execution.
• Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and influencer marketing best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of hands-on experience in influencer marketing with existing influencer connections.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube, and emerging digital trends.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
• Data-driven mindset with strong creative and strategic thinking abilities.

Nice to Have:

• Experience working with healthcare, wellness, or lifestyle brands.
• An existing and active network of influencers.
• Basic video editing skills and strong content ideation capabilities.
• Experience managing a monthly influencer marketing budget of ₹4–5 Lakhs with proven ROI delivery.
