Role Overview

We’re looking for a creative and result-driven Influencer Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. You’ll manage influencer collaborations end-to-end, contribute to content creation, and support social media strategy and analytics. Your role will be key in amplifying our brand presence through impactful campaigns and digital storytelling.


Key Responsibilities

Influencer Management & Partnerships

  • Identify, onboard, and manage influencers across Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms.
  • Handle negotiations, budgets, deliverables, and approvals.
  • Track performance (reach, engagement, conversions, ROI) and maintain influencer database.
  • Ensure compliance with ASCI guidelines and contracts.
  • Build advocacy via micro-influencers and UGC campaigns.

Content & Storytelling

  • Co-create content with influencers and the brand team.
  • Write/edit short-form content and campaign copy.
  • Spot and leverage trending formats, memes, and cultural moments.

Social Media & Analytics

  • Align influencer campaigns with social media goals.
  • Use analytics tools to monitor KPIs and ROI.
  • Share reports with insights for campaign improvements.

Collaboration & Community

  • Work with internal teams for integrated campaign execution.
  • Engage with followers, respond to queries, and keep platforms active.
  • Stay updated on trends, creators, and platform updates.

  • Qualifications & Skills

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
    • 1–3 years of experience in influencer marketing, content creation, or social media.
    • Strong written & verbal communication skills.
    • Understanding of social media trends, influencer culture, and platform algorithms.
    • Proficiency in analytics tools (Meta Suite, IG Insights, Google Analytics).
    • Strong organizational skills with ability to multitask in a fast-paced setup.


    Bonus Points For

    • Experience in a digital agency or fast-growing brand.
    • Existing influencer/creator network.
    • Skills in Canva, Adobe Suite, or basic video editing.
