Influencer Marketing Specialist

As an Influencer Marketing Specialist at FittyMe, an online Health & Wellness company, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing influencer marketing strategies to align with our brand objectives. Your responsibilities will include identifying, building, and nurturing relationships with influencers, managing influencer campaigns, and analyzing performance metrics to maximize ROI. With at least 1 year of experience, you will be tasked with developing and implementing influencer marketing and brand collaboration strategies from inception to completion. You will collaborate closely with Online Brand and Acquisition teams to create user journeys for each influencer, build relationships with potential collaborators, and evaluate influencers for other marketing initiatives through cross-functional collaboration. Your role will involve managing negotiation, contracting, and procurement processes with influencers to maximize value, recruiting influencers, providing necessary tools and guidance for successful campaign execution, and working with communication team members to ensure maximum impact in social engagement and community relations. To excel in this role, you should have proven work experience as an Influencer Marketing Manager in the mobile applications industry, a strong knowledge of influencer marketing trends and platforms, excellent communication skills, proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms, exceptional organizational and project management skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and familiarity with legal and compliance regulations related to influencer marketing. Strong analytical skills and experience with social listening tools such as Sprout or Brandwatch will be beneficial.
