Job Description – Senior Executive (Finance) Job Title: Senior Executive – Finance Location: Noida Department: Finance & Accounts Reports To: Finance Compliance Manager Job Purpose: To manage day-to-day finance operations with a focus on statutory compliance related to GST, TDS, and other tax matters, ensuring timely reporting, accuracy, and adherence to regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities: 1. Indirect Tax (GST): Preparation and filing of monthly/quarterly/annual GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, etc.). Reconciliation of GST input credit with GSTR-2B and books of accounts. Handling GST assessments, notices, and queries. Ensuring compliance with GST laws on invoicing, input credit, and place of supply rules. 2. Direct Tax (TDS): Calculation, deduction, and deposit of TDS across applicable sections. Preparation and filing of quarterly TDS returns. Issuance and reconciliation of TDS certificates (Form 16/16A). Handling TDS-related queries, notices, and compliance issues. 3. General Finance & Accounts: Assisting in monthly closing, reconciliations, and preparation of MIS reports. Ensuring timely vendor payments with proper deduction of statutory taxes. Supporting statutory and tax audits with required data. Maintaining proper records for tax compliance and documentation.
