About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and proactive Operations Associate to support business development and daily team operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in cold calling, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Good data handling and problem-solving skills are essential to thrive in this role. Key Responsibilities: Assist in daily operations and coordination within the team. Support team productivity by managing tasks efficiently and meeting targets. Collaborate with team members and contribute to a productive team environment. Help resolve expert or operational issues with a problem-solving approach. Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, partners, and internal teams. Adapt quickly to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced setup. Requirements: Experience in cold calling or telesales. Strong communication skills – both verbal and written. Good team collaboration and coordination abilities. Basic to intermediate data handling skills (Excel, CRM, or similar tools). Strong problem-solving mindset. Comfortable working in a fast-paced or hustling environment.
