Yes Madam is a fast-growing beauty and wellness startup offering salon and personal care services at home. We’re scaling rapidly and building a digital-first brand — and we need someone who knows how to turn content into growth.

Role Overview:
We’re looking for a Social Media Manager who knows how to lead strategy, ride trends, and build a brand voice people trust. You’ll manage our content calendar, grow our presence, and launch campaigns that actually convert.

Key Responsibilities:

→ Build and manage monthly content calendars across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, etc.)
→ Spot, apply, and adapt to emerging trends and viral formats→ Work closely with designers, editors, and writers to bring content to life→ Write engaging captions, hooks, and CTAs that drive clicks and saves→ Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, growth, leads) and improve over time→ Handle community engagement — comments, DMs, mentions — quickly and with brand tone→ Plan and run seasonal campaigns, product launches, and influencer collaborations

Requirements:

→ 2–4 years of experience in social media management
→ Deep understanding of content strategy, platform algorithms, and analytics→ Strong writing and storytelling skills — especially for short-form content→ Experience with scheduling and analytics tools (Meta Suite, Buffer, Later, etc.)→ Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment→ Bonus: Experience with beauty, wellness, or D2C brands

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
