Reports to: Finance Manager / Senior Manager – Finance

Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Finance Executive to manage the organization’s day-to-day accounting and finance operations. The role involves handling bookkeeping, reconciliations, compliance, and supporting month-end closures, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all financial activities.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day accounting, including recording vouchers, invoices, and journal entries.

Handle accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely reconciliations.

Prepare and review bank reconciliations, vendor reconciliations, and petty cash records.

Ensure timely and accurate filing of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.

Support payroll processing and employee reimbursements.

Coordinate with auditors and support statutory/internal audits.

Ensure adherence to internal financial policies and processes.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Finance / Accounting (B.Com, M.Com, MBA Finance).

2–4 years of relevant experience in accounting & finance.

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and statutory compliances.

Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (Tally, SAP, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, etc.).

Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
