About the Role:
We are looking for a Telecaller & Sales Executive who can confidently communicate in English, handle customer calls, and convert leads into sales. You’ll be the voice of Yes Madam, ensuring every customer interaction builds trust and drives growth.
Key Responsibilities:
→ Make outbound sales calls and follow up with potential leads→ Handle inbound calls, answer queries, and convert them into customers→ Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions in CRM→ Meet daily/weekly call and sales targets→ Build rapport with customers and provide excellent service→ Escalate complex issues when necessary
Requirements:
→ 1–3 years of experience in telecalling / telesales / inside sales→ Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
→ Ability to handle high call volumes with confidence→ Target-driven and self-motivated→ Basic knowledge of CRM tools or call logging software→ Bonus: Experience in beauty, wellness, or service industry
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
