Compensation: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 (Gross/Month) Experience Required: 5 – 8 years in accounting (Manufacturing sector experience mandatory) Education: Commerce Graduate (B.Com or equivalent) Skills Required: Tally ERP & Tally Prime Advanced Excel skills GST, TDS, PF & ESIC knowledge MIS Reporting Team supervision experience Key Responsibilities: End-to-end daily accounting operations GST, TDS compliance and filing Vendor payments and reconciliation Team coordination and MIS reporting Candidate Preferences Location: Only candidates from Bhayander to Virar will be considered (Due to past challenges with long-distance commuting and late working hours) Gender Preference: Male candidates preferred (To balance the current team structure; Female candidates can be considered if they are flexible with late hours and in a stable personal phase – e.g., married with family support) Experience Background: o Minimum 1 year of relevant accounting experience o Mandatory: Tally usage in majority of roles o Preferred Industries: Manufacturing or Service (similar to manufacturing) o Not Preferred: Retail, E-commerce, Warehouse-only background Age Limit: Up to 35 years Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹43,213.32 per month Work Location: In person
