Customer Relations Officer (CRO)

Focus: Building and maintaining relationships with individual customers to drive loyalty and repeat business.

Key Responsibilities :

Welcoming and engaging customers to understand their preferences.

Maintaining customer profiles, including purchase history and special occasions.

Following up with customers after a sale to ensure satisfaction.

Handling customer queries, feedback, and service requests.

Coordinating with sales, repair, and production teams.

Assisting with loyalty programs, promotions, and customer events.

Resolving customer complaints and issues.

Additional Responsibilities (Depending on the company):

Acquiring new customers.

Managing showroom activities and operations.

Building connections with institutions for business growth.

Assisting with sales transactions and inventory.

Focus: Overarching strategy to maximize revenue through all departments.

Key Responsibilities :

Leading sales, marketing, customer success, and partnerships.

Developing and implementing revenue strategies and goals.

Managing forecasting, pipeline, and pricing models.

Aligning all revenue-generating departments to work cohesively.

Overseeing go-to-market (GTM) planning.

Defining key performance metrics for revenue generation.

Managing strategic partnerships and channel development.

Reporting on revenue performance to the CEO or board.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
