Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for a Telecaller. The Telecaller will be responsible for engaging with prospective clients and students via phone, explaining the services and courses offered by RIAMS, and responding to inquiries. Day-to-day activities include maintaining call records, following up with leads, and providing exceptional customer support. The role also involves assisting with administrative tasks to ensure efficient communication and enrollment processes.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in verbal and written communication, alongside excellent phone etiquette
• Fresher with Good English Communication can also apply
• Strong customer service, client interaction, and persuasive skills
• Organizational abilities and experience in maintaining detailed records and documentation
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and call tracking software (preferred)
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and manage time efficiently
• Prior experience in the education or healthcare field is an advantage
• High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is a plus

Salary -20000 to 30000 plus incentive
