Position : Telecaller

Work Location : Thane , MH

Key Responsibilities :

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services
• Handle inbound queries and provide accurate information
• Follow up on leads and maintain a customer database
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and conversions
• Build rapport with customers and ensure high levels of satisfaction
• Record call outcomes and update CRM systems
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams for campaign execution
• Handle objections and resolve customer concerns professionally

Required Experience & Skills:

• 6 month –3 years of experience as a telesales or in a similar role
• Strong verbal communication in [insert relevant languages, e.g., English, Hindi, Marathi]
• Familiarity with CRM tools and call tracking systems
• Ability to handle high call volumes and meet targets
• Persuasive and confident with excellent listening skills

Qualifications:

• Minimum: High School Diploma or equivalent
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in any discipline
