We are looking for a Tele Sales with excellent English communication skills to help promote our Business Analysis and Analytics training courses and enroll prospective students. You will be responsible for calling leads, sharing course information, addressing queries, and guiding interested candidates toward enrollment. Key Responsibilities: Call potential students from provided leads. Explain course details, benefits, and enrollment process clearly. Follow up with interested prospects to convert inquiries into enrollments. Maintain accurate records of calls, outcomes, and follow-ups. Provide regular reports to the coordinator/trainer. Requirements: Fluent English communication (speaking & comprehension). Pleasant and professional phone etiquette. Prior tele calling experience preferred, ideally in education or training courses. Comfortable with target-based work. Ability to work independently and meet daily/weekly targets.
