Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and articulate Telecaller Executive responsible for managing communication with customers, providing information about our products or services, generating leads, or driving sales. The ideal candidate must possess excellent verbal communication skills and a strong commitment to customer service. Core Responsibilities Call Handling: Initiate calls to prospective or existing customers (Outbound) or receive incoming calls from customers (Inbound). Information Delivery: Provide accurate and clear information about the company's products and services. Address customer queries and resolve doubts effectively. Lead Generation/Appointment Setting: Generate qualified leads or set appointments for the sales team, or directly contribute to achieving sales targets. Data Management: Accurately record all customer interactions (calls, information provided, and status) within the CRM system. Follow-up: Conduct timely follow-ups with potential clients or existing customers as required. Required Qualifications and Skills Education: Minimum qualification of 10th grade/Plus Two or equivalent. Experience: Prior experience in telecalling, customer care, or sales roles is preferred. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers over the phone. Language Proficiency: Fluency in English and Malayalam is required. Proficiency in [Insert Other Languages, e.g., Hindi/Tamil] is a plus. Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of computers, MS Office, and familiarity with CRM software. Attitude: A positive, resilient attitude and strong dedication to achieving targets.
