The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing team and project management, project audits, business process improvements, risk management, and the implementation of digital technologies to enhance project management and monitoring. Responsibilities Project Audits: Conduct comprehensive audits to assess compliance to planned processes and leading industry practices. Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs): Develop and implement SOPs to streamline project execution. Digital Technologies: Leverage digital tools for risk assessment, project tracking, and decision-making. Project Management Office (PMO): Support the PMO by ensuring project governance, reporting, and execution frameworks are in place. Project Monitoring: Monitor project performance through established frameworks and suggest interventions. Business Process Improvement: Drive initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. Reporting: Prepare reports, presentations, and recommendations for senior management and clients. Problem Solving: Identify operational issues and provide strategic solutions to improve efficiency. Skills & Experience Project Lifecycle Understanding: Comprehensive knowledge of project phases from conceptualization to operationalization.
