Job Description

Role & responsibilities Develop robust and scalable conversational AI chatbots tailored to specific requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design conversational flows, and implement natural language processing (NLP) algorithms. Design and integrate chatbots with various platforms and applications, ensuring seamless user experiences. Stay updated with the latest advancements in NLP and AI technologies, implementing cutting-edge techniques into chatbot development. Conduct rigorous testing and debugging of chatbot functionalities to ensure high performance and accuracy. Optimize chatbot responses based on user interactions, feedback, and data analysis. Work closely with UX/UI designers to create visually appealing and user-friendly chatbot interfaces. Provide technical guidance and support to internal teams regarding chatbot integration and customization. Document chatbot development processes, algorithms, and code for future reference and collaboration. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for chatbot development Mandatory skills Strong programming skills in languages such as JSON, Microsoft Azure, Python, Java, JavaScript, etc. In-depth knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) algorithms and frameworks (e.g., NLTK, spaCy, TensorFlow). Experience with chatbot development platforms and tools (e.g., Kore.ai, Yellow.ai, Dialogflow, Microsoft Bot Framework, IBM Watson). Proficiency in integrating chatbots with APIs and other 3rd party applications. Familiarity with machine learning techniques and algorithms. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively in a global team environment. Strong communication skills to convey technical concepts effectively to non-technical people. Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development practices. Experience with testing and quality control.
