Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Mumbai. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. Day-to-day tasks include recruiting and staffing, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits administration, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. The HR Manager will also develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the overall business strategy.
