Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Sales Manager, located in Ahmedabad and responsible for Gujarat,MP and North India region. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales in the assigned region, identifying business opportunities, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Other tasks include overseeing the sales process from lead generation to closing deals, conducting market research, and collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Qualifications Proven experience in sales, business development, and client relationship management Strong understanding of cold chain and thermal packaging industry Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Ability to analyze market trends and develop sales strategies Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field Ability to travel within the assigned region as needed Experience in the logistics, pharmaceutical, or FMCG sector is advantageous Show more Show less
