Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Regional Sales Manager. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, establishing and maintaining relationships with clients, and developing sales strategies. Day-to-day tasks include creating sales reports, overseeing regional sales teams, conducting market research, and meeting sales targets. The role also involves traveling within the assigned region, negotiating contracts, and providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales management and developing sales strategies
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities
• Ability to conduct market research and analyze sales reports
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Willingness to travel within the assigned region
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Previous experience in the tile or construction industry is a plus
