Position Overview

HR Manager

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Deployment

  • Oversee full-cycle recruitment for technology and back-office roles (with a focus on SaaS developers, analysts, and project managers).
  • Partner with senior leadership to forecast staffing needs and align hiring efforts accordingly.
  • Build a robust pipeline of qualified candidates through job portals, networking, and industry outreach.

Onboarding & Resource Allocation

  • Design and manage a structured onboarding experience to integrate new hires into our culture and client projects.
  • Maintain a resource allocation matrix to efficiently deploy staff based on skills, availability, and project timelines.
  • Ensure legal and policy compliance across all onboarding processes, including local labor laws.

Employee Management & Engagement

  • Serve as the point of contact for employee relations, performance management, and career progression.
  • Implement HR policies, retention strategies, and initiatives to enhance team morale and productivity.
  • Collaborate with U.S.-based management and clients to ensure client-facing resources are aligned with expectations and deliverables.

Compliance & Reporting

  • Maintain up-to-date personnel records, timesheets, and compliance documents.
  • Prepare HR dashboards and metrics for leadership review (attrition, hiring velocity, employee satisfaction).
  • Support audits, employee benefits administration, and grievance redressal procedures.

Required Qualifications

  • MBA in Human Resources (preferred from a reputed institute).
  • 5+ years of experience in HR roles with at least 2 years managing technical recruitment or staffing.
  • Strong understanding of technology roles and terminology (SaaS, DevOps, cloud, etc.).
  • Proven track record of managing high-caliber, technically skilled employees.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient with HR tools (ATS, HRMS), and Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.

Preferred Attributes

  • Experience working with international clients or remote/global teams.
  • Exposure to a U.S.-based staffing or outsourcing model.
  • Familiarity with performance-linked incentive structures and workforce cost modeling.
