Job Title : Human Resource Manager

Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resource Manager to lead our HR functions within the agro-processing industry. The ideal candidate will have proven expertise in talent acquisition through online platforms, a robust network within the industry, and a deep understanding of the sector's human resource needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective HR strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process using online platforms such as LinkedIn, Naukri, and other industry-specific portals.
  • Build and maintain a strong professional network within the agriculture and agro-processing industry.
  • Screen, interview, and select suitable candidates to meet organizational requirements.
  • Facilitate onboarding, employee engagement, and retention initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, industry standards, and company policies.
  • Coordinate training and development programs to upgrade employee skills.
  • Handle employee grievances, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and generate reports for management.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Master's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in HR management within the agriculture or agro-processing industry preferred.
  • Strong network and relationships within the industrial sector.
  • Proficiency in using online recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Good understanding of industry-specific challenges and labor market trends.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of HR experience, with particular emphasis on recruitment and industry networking.
