Sales and Marketing Executive

As a Sales and Marketing Executive for agriculture products, you will play a crucial role in leading marketing initiatives and driving sales growth. Your primary focus will be on implementing both B2B and B2C strategies to enhance brand visibility and increase market share in the agricultural industry. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns, driving product sales, establishing and nurturing client relationships, and meeting sales targets. It will be essential for you to analyze market trends, position products competitively, manage customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention, and collaborate with internal departments to align marketing and sales efforts. In addition, you will be responsible for supervising marketing and sales teams, handling budgeting, tracking ROI, and reporting on sales performance. Your ability to effectively communicate, lead, and leverage digital marketing tools will be critical to your success in this role. To qualify for this position, you should hold a Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Agriculture, or a related field and have a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in sales and marketing, preferably within the agriculture industry.
