Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager at Zheal Media Matters LLP, located in Chandigarh, India. The Human Resources Manager will oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies. Additional responsibilities include developing HR strategies, fostering a positive workplace culture, handling payroll and benefits, and serving as a liaison between management and employees to address workplace concerns and needs.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition practices.
  • Strong knowledge of employee relations, performance management, payroll, and benefits administration.
  • Proficiency in HR policies, labor laws, compliance, and maintaining ethical standards.
  • Effective communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Experience with HR software and tools, as well as strong organizational and leadership abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or HR certification is a plus.
  • Proven experience in HR roles, preferably within the digital marketing, tech, or startup sectors.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and foster an inclusive and productive workplace culture.
