Job Description

What You’ll Do

Manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and exit processes.
Develop and implement HR policies, systems, and initiatives that support organisational growth.
Lead performance management, appraisals, and employee engagement activities.
Handle attendance, payroll coordination, and compliance-related documentation.
Resolve employee queries, grievances, and ensure a healthy workplace culture.
Support leadership in manpower planning and organisational development.
Maintain accurate HR records and ensure statutory compliance.

What We’re Looking For

Minimum
3 years of experience
in HR management or related HR roles.
Strong understanding of HR processes, labour laws, and compliance.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
Hands-on experience with HRMS tools and recruitment platforms.
Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple tasks.
A people-first mindset with strong organisational skills.
