Finance and Operations Assistant

Job Title: Finance and Operations Assistant Location: Mayapuri, New Delhi Type: Full-time Experience: 1-3 years preferred Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance and Operations Assistant to support our finance and operational functions. The ideal candidate should have strong working knowledge of sales and purchase entries , Tally , Excel formulas , and a good understanding of day-to-day operations in a marketing agency . Key Responsibilities: Finance & Accounts: Record and manage sales and purchase entries in Tally ERP . Reconcile accounts payable and receivable. Assist in preparing GST, TDS , and other statutory reports. Maintain petty cash and process employee reimbursements. Coordinate with vendors and clients for payment follow-ups. Excel & Reporting: Prepare and maintain MIS reports , cost sheets, and budgets. Use advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF formulas, etc.) for data analysis. Track campaign spends and reconcile with invoices. Operations Support: Assist in project onboarding, client documentation, and tracking deliverables. Coordinate with internal teams for resource planning and logistics. Support vendor onboarding and operational procurement needs. Maintain internal dashboards and ensure workflow smoothness across teams. Key Skills Required: Proficiency in Tally ERP and advanced MS Excel Strong understanding of sales and purchase processes Basic knowledge of taxation (GST/TDS) Good verbal and written communication Strong multitasking and organizational skills Prior experience in a marketing or creative agency is a strong plus Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field 1-3 years of relevant experience in finance and operations Certification in Tally or Excel will be an added advantage Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Benefits: Flexible schedule Schedule: Day shift Morning shift Work Location: In person
