DevOps Manager

As a highly skilled DevOps Lead, your role will involve driving the development, deployment, and operational excellence of the cloud infrastructure. You will be responsible for mentoring and guiding a team of DevOps engineers to ensure seamless deployment, monitoring, and scalability of applications. Your key responsibilities will include: - Leading and mentoring a team of DevOps engineers to foster a culture of collaboration and innovation. - Designing, implementing, and optimizing CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and other automation tools. - Managing AWS infrastructure (ECS, EKS, EC2, RDS, S3, SQS, SNS) to ensure high availability and scalability. - Developing and maintaining Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform. - Overseeing Dockerization and managing container orchestration via ECS/EKS. - Implementing monitoring and logging solutions using New Relic, PlayerZero, and other observability tools. - Collaborating with development teams to ensure smooth deployment of ReactJS & NodeJS-based microservices. - Enhancing security and compliance by enforcing best practices in IAM, VPC, and networking. - Troubleshooting and resolving production incidents, performing root cause analysis, and implementing preventive measures. - Optimizing cost and performance of cloud infrastructure while ensuring system reliability. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Total experience of 8+ years with focused experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or Cloud Engineering. - Strong hands-on experience with AWS Services (EC2, S3, RDS, ECS, EKS, SQS, SNS). - Proficiency in CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Bitbucket Pipelines). - Expertise in containerization (Docker, Kubernetes, AWS ECS/EKS). - Solid experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) (Terraform, CloudFormation). - Strong understanding of Linux system administration and networking. - Experience with monitoring tools (New Relic, Prometheus, Grafana, PlayerZero). - Proficiency in scripting (Python, Bash, or similar) for automation tasks. - Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. - Experience in managing access control, IAM roles, and security best practices in AWS. - Excellent communication skills and ability to work in Agile/Scrum environments. Good to Have: - Experience with KeyCloak IAM solution is highly preferred. - Knowledge of serverless computing (AWS Lambda). - Certifications: AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA).,
