Location: Remote (India-based, U.S. business hours) Industry: Private Equity / Venture Capital Outreach Function: Lead Generation | Prospect Maturation | C-Level Sales Enablement About the Role We are seeking seasoned Inside Sales Representatives (ISRs) to serve as the front line for connecting with business owners and executives considering capital investment or selling their business . You will play a key role in identifying, qualifying, and nurturing leads for our venture capital client, acting as the brand steward during early-stage conversations. Key Responsibilities Conduct outbound prospecting to CEOs, Founders, and Owners using tools like Apollo, Hubspot, and ZoomInfo Build and manage a pipeline of companies exploring fundraising , recapitalization , or acquisition Set qualified appointments with key decision-makers Represent the client brand with professionalism and discretion , ensuring early interactions build trust Collaborate with the strategy team to refine messaging and improve response rates Maintain activity and conversion data in Hubspot CRM KPIs & Targets Daily outreach: 50+ activities (email, calls, LinkedIn) Weekly booked meetings: 5–10 C-level appointments Lead response time: <24 hours Conversion Rate from lead → meeting: 20–25% CRM data accuracy: 100% Requirements 5+ years of experience in Inside Sales or B2B SDR/BDR roles targeting U.S.-based clients Proven ability to engage with C-suite executives in sensitive financial discussions Experience with outbound tools (e.g., Hubspot, Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator) Exceptional verbal and written communication (Anglo-neutral English) Confidence and poise in cold outreach—both written and phone-based Organized, analytical, and data-driven with strong follow-through Nice to Have Exposure to private equity, venture capital, or financial services Understanding of fundraising life cycles and capital strategy Prior experience supporting U.S. professional services firms. Candidate Persona: The Ideal ISR Work Hours: U.S. Eastern or Central Time coverage. Experience: 5–10 years in B2B sales, ideally in outbound or lead gen roles. Industry Exposure: SaaS, Financial Services, PE/VC, or Tech. Tools Mastery: Apollo, Hubspot, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator. Persona Traits: Confident, polished, discreet, highly professional. Success Signal: Has booked meetings with founders/CEOs, understands fundraising dynamics, and can demonstrate ROI for outbound campaigns.
