DevOps Lead

We are looking for a highly skilled DevOps Lead to drive the development, deployment, and operational excellence of our cloud infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AWS, CI/CD automation, containerization, and infrastructure as code (IaC). As a DevOps Lead, you will mentor and guide a team of DevOps engineers, ensuring seamless deployment, monitoring, and scalability of our applications.

Key Responsibilities

·     Lead and mentor a team of DevOps engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.

·     Design, implement, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and other automation tools.

·     Manage AWS infrastructure (ECS, EKS, EC2, RDS, S3, SQS, SNS) to ensure high availability and scalability.

·     Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform.

·     Oversee Dockerization and manage container orchestration via ECS/EKS.

·     Implement monitoring and logging solutions using New Relic, PlayerZero, and other observability tools.

·     Collaborate with development teams to ensure smooth deployment of ReactJS & NodeJS-based microservices.

·     Enhance security and compliance by enforcing best practices in IAM, VPC, and networking.

·     Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents, performing root cause analysis and implementing preventive measures.

·     Optimize cost and performance of cloud infrastructure while ensuring system reliability.

Required Skills & Qualifications

·     Total experience of 8+ years of with focused experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or Cloud Engineering.

·     Strong hands-on experience with AWS Services (EC2, S3, RDS, ECS, EKS, SQS, SNS).

·     Proficiency in CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Bitbucket Pipelines).

·     Expertise in containerization (Docker, Kubernetes, AWS ECS/EKS).

·     Solid experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) (Terraform, CloudFormation).

·     Strong understanding of Linux system administration and networking.

·     Experience with monitoring tools (New Relic, Prometheus, Grafana, PlayerZero).

·     Proficiency in scripting (Python, Bash, or similar) for automation tasks.

·     Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

·     Experience in managing access control, IAM roles, and security best practices in AWS.

·     Excellent communication skills and ability to work in Agile/Scrum environments.

Good to Have

·     Experience with KeyCloak IAM solution is highly preferred. 

·     Knowledge of serverless computing (AWS Lambda).

·     Certifications: AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA).
