Role Description

The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for end-to-end management of the Human Resources function, ensuring alignment between business objectives and people strategies. This position requires a strategic yet hands-on professional capable of designing, implementing, and sustaining robust HR systems within a Quality Management Framework such as CMMI Level 3, ISO 9001, or equivalent benchmarks.The incumbent will be accountable for leading HR operations, driving organizational development initiatives, and building a high-performance culture through quality-based HR practices.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Human Resource Planning – Align HR strategies with organizational goals, ensuring integration with company-wide quality management systems.2. Talent Acquisition and Development – Manage the complete lifecycle of recruitment, onboarding, career growth, and retention of employees.3. Performance and Quality Systems – Develop and implement HR metrics, performance appraisals, and documentation aligned with CMMI/ISO standards.4. Training and Capability Building – Design learning frameworks, conduct competency-based training, and monitor skill enhancement programs.5. Employee Relations and Legal Compliance – Foster a productive work environment and ensure adherence to all applicable labor laws and employment regulations.6. Quality and Process Improvement – Maintain HR process documentation, SOPs, and ensure audit readiness for QMS and compliance reviews.7. HR Analytics and Reporting – Generate HR dashboards and provide data-driven insights for leadership decision-making.8. Policy Development and Implementation – Create, review, and implement policies ensuring organizational alignment and process efficiency.

Qualifications and Experience

Minimum 7–10 years of progressive HR management experience, with at least 3 years in an organization certified under CMMI Level 3, ISO 9001, or similar QMS frameworks.Proven credentials in Quality Management System implementation and audit preparation.Strong understanding of organizational development, change management, and employee engagement strategies.Comprehensive knowledge of Indian labor laws, HR compliance standards, and human capital management systems.Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.Proficiency in HRMS/ERP tools, data analysis, and report generation.Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Industrial Psychology (mandatory).Master’s degree or professional certifications such as PHR, SPHR, SHRM, ISO Lead Auditor, or CMMI Associate are highly desirable.Experience in the technology, AI, or knowledge-based industry will be an added advantage.
