Attend incoming calls and visitors, and route them appropriately. Student Coordination & Fee Collection Maintain student records and follow up for pending fee payments. Update payment status in the system and issue receipts accordingly. Handle queries from students/parents regarding fees, classes, or general matters. Training Schedule Coordination Coordinate with trainers to prepare and update monthly/weekly training calendars. Ensure all classrooms are scheduled properly and avoid conflicts in sessions.
