Human Resources Manager

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Mumbai. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This includes recruiting, staffing, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance with labor laws. The manager will also be tasked with ensuring a positive work environment and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting, staffing, and onboarding
• Skills in employee relations, performance management, and training and development
• Knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in the Advertising industry is a plus
