Job Description

About the Role

Manager

payroll, compliance, onboarding, employee engagement, and hiring coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Payroll & Compliance

Manage monthly payroll processing and ensure 100% accuracy in salary disbursements.
Coordinate with several EOR providers to manage statutory requirements like PF, ESI, PT, TDS in India and other requirements based on countries
Keep track of attendance, leaves, and reimbursements for payroll inputs.
Ensure the organization stays compliant with applicable labor laws and regulations.

Talent Onboarding & Engagement

Manage end-to-end onboarding of new hires — from documentation to induction.
Create a smooth joining experience for employees and help them settle in.
Drive engagement activities such as team connect sessions, cultural events, recognition programs, and feedback surveys.
Be a trusted point of contact for employee queries and support.

Hiring Coordination

Partner with recruitment teams and hiring managers to schedule and coordinate interviews.
Communicate with candidates, ensuring a professional and friendly candidate experience.
Maintain hiring trackers and follow-ups with stakeholders.

HR Operations

Maintain employee records and HR databases.
Support in drafting and communicating HR policies as the company scales.
Assist with audits, MIS reports, and data management.

What We’re Looking For

5 - 8 years of HR experience with exposure to payroll, compliance, and employee engagement.
Hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable multitasking.
Good understanding of basic HR policies and labour law compliance.
Strong communication and people skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, HRMS tools, and payroll software is a plus.
