We are looking for an experienced Solar Project Head to lead our end-to-end commercial and industrial solar projects. The candidate will handle complete project cycles including DPR preparation, technical design, government approvals, vendor coordination, and on-site execution until commissioning. The role requires strong expertise in C&I rooftop and ground-mounted solar projects, net metering processes, and ability to independently manage MW-scale projects with quality and timelines. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Prepare Detailed Project Reports (DPR) and project costing. Coordinate with DISCOM/NREDCAP and manage all approvals. Oversee design, procurement, BOQ and contractor management. Ensure complete on-site execution, testing and successful commissioning. PREFERRED CANDIDATE PROFILE 5+ years experience in commercial/industrial solar EPC projects. Strong knowledge of DPR, load analysis, and net metering policies. Capable of leading project teams and handling vendors/sites. Experience in MW-scale or large rooftop/ground-mounted systems.
