The Solar Technical Head will be responsible for leading and managing all technical aspects of solar projects, including system design, installation, commissioning, and maintenance. The role involves ensuring project quality, safety, and compliance with MNRE and DISCOM standards, coordinating with clients and internal teams, conducting technical audits, and implementing the latest solar technologies and government schemes like PM Suryaghar. The candidate should possess strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the solar industry.
The candidate should have a B.E/B.Tech in Electrical, Mechanical, or Energy Engineering with 5+ years of solar industry experience.
Must be skilled in solar system design, installation, and project management.Knowledge of AutoCAD/PVSyst and MNRE or DISCOM procedures is preferred.Strong leadership, communication, and team-handling abilities are essential.
