Packaging Technology Expert

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and improve packaging designs for new and existing products.
  
• Conduct feasibility studies, material selection, packaging trials, and testing.
  
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and quality standards.
  
• Collaborate with R&D, Supply Chain, Procurement, QA, and Manufacturing teams.
  
• Manage packaging specifications, documentation, and change controls.
  
• Lead sustainable packaging initiatives and costoptimization projects.
  
• Support new product launches and troubleshoot packaging issues during production.

• 3-10 years of experience in Packaging Development/Engineering (FMCG, Pharma, Food, Consumer Goods preferred).
