Job Description

Responsibilities

Supervise and manage packaging staff and operations.
Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
Optimize packaging processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Maintain and troubleshoot packaging equipment.
Coordinate with production and inventory teams to ensure timely and accurate packaging.
Prepare and maintain documentation for quality control and compliance purposes.
Train and develop packaging staff.
Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the packaging area.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
At least 3-5 years of experience in a packaging or production management role.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities.
Knowledge of packaging equipment and materials.
Understanding of safety and quality standards in packaging.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
