You will be responsible for designing and executing HR policies, programs, and procedures in alignment with the company's mission and business goals. It is crucial to stay updated on labor laws, wage regulations, safety standards, and employment policies to ensure full compliance. Creating a positive work environment by managing grievances, resolving conflicts, and implementing engagement initiatives is essential for fostering a strong team dynamic.
