Job Title: Electrical Engineer Company: Soltrac Power Location: Mahanagar Extension, Lucknow Job Type: Full-Time Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month About the Role Soltrac Power is looking for an experienced Electrical Engineer with a strong background in the electrical field. The candidate will be responsible for handling electrical design, installation, testing, commissioning, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards across projects. Key Responsibilities Electrical Works & Supervision Plan, manage, and supervise electrical installations including cabling, wiring, earthing, and panel works. Ensure proper installation of electrical equipment such as transformers, switchgear, LT/HT panels, and protection systems. Monitor and guide site teams to ensure safe and accurate execution of electrical works. Testing & Commissioning Conduct electrical testing, troubleshooting, and performance validation. Perform safety checks and ensure compliance before energization. Document test reports and maintain proper project records. Design & Compliance Review electrical drawings, SLDs (Single Line Diagrams), and ensure correctness of layouts. Carry out load calculations, cable sizing, and equipment selection. Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety standards, and statutory regulations. Coordination & Reporting Coordinate with project managers, procurement, and vendors for smooth project execution. Provide technical inputs to management and site teams when required. Prepare daily/weekly progress and technical reports. Skills & Requirements B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Electrical Engineering. 4–5 years of experience in the electrical field (industrial, commercial, or power projects). Strong knowledge of electrical systems, LT/HT panels, transformers, and protection devices. Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and technical documents. Good knowledge of safety protocols and quality standards. Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills. Willingness to travel to different project sites as required.
